Malak is a leadership advisor and executive coach with a strong commitment to making Human Leadership leverage organisational and societal change

Starting her current career as a consultant and then professor in the area of e-Business management, she extended her experience in change management and organisational transformation while conducting missions for multiple types of organisations, from CAC40 multinational companies to SME's, NGO's and academic institutions, which gave her grounds to discover the powerful combination of innovation and disruption as a source of inspiration to stimulate leaders to reimagine what's possible, create the future and elevate people to something bigger than themselves.

With nearly two decades accompanying organisations and executives to grow and transition their leadership, she’s now dedicated to help successful people elevate their leadership to achieve the positive change they want to see happen for themselves, their organisations and society, with a focus on sustainability - from personal to planetary.

Malak is a certified personal branding strategist since 2010, with an overall client portfolio from Africa and Europe, delivering in French, English, Spanish and dialect Arabic.

She's also the initiator of the notion of self-leadership literacy, presented at the UNESCO MIL Conference in 2018, to redefine Human value in increasingly digitised societies, which naturally brought her to build expertise and deliver as a Digital Leadership educator.

Her cosmopolitan and multicultural inheritance, along with a diverse practice at the international level, led her to be notably concerned about intercultural dialogue, and so to delve into the necessary leadership and self-leadership components required to foster Leadership for Peace-building. In this framework she was selected in 2014 a fellow of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations program.

Why I do what I do?

My purpose started many years back, but the consciousness of it initiated with my own personal brand discovery back in 2009.

I wanted to help people find fulfillment with who they are, with their unique promise of value.

A kind of holistic fulfillment.

I progressively noticed I helped people’s congruence with themselves, with their identity, which empowered them towards more self-agency as they reconciled and set the foundation on which their exceptional is built. At the end, and by the passion generated throughout the process, they made their leadership grow because we ended up branding and elevating their leadership.

Later on I came upon the notion of self-leadership. The more I delved into the power of self-leadership the more I disrupted myself.

I discovered it was not enough and I needed to advise on more strategic and pressing issues, which require finding the right answers to crucial questions by taping into the power of leadership and self-innovation, a path which undoubtedly induces changes - and sometimes big changes - of perspective.

Because I identified throughout time that I was able to spotting the inflexion points of people before they happen, with a relish ability to see the signals through noise, I started advising on Change for Growth, setting the conditions that enable ambitious growth to happen.

I did it with my clients, I did it with family and it is with them, specially my parents, that I reassured myself that self-innovation is and always will be necessary at every stage of life, harmonizing the sustainability journey of each individual to live better, together.

Grow sustainably, build "continuity" along change and disruption, make change an attitude and leadership a lifestyle.

Malak has a unique ability to see into people, through pinpoints, and beyond the obvious.

Her innovative personality and passion for unveiling our singularity becomes a travel and exploration journey through the different dimensions of our being, with the progressive awareness of who we are, our value to the world and how we position ourselves.

I definitely experienced liberation and wonder.
