Sometimes complex situations require just a glance of a new way of thinking and the right partner to reflect and think things through, which makes leaders rely more heavily on on-demand advising and reflective partnering.

Leadership advising on-demand are sessions dedicated to reflect and advise on personal leadership issues related to areas like career transition, decision-making or leadership strategy. The sessions are structured as to provide strategy, alignment and planning by leveraging change for growth.

Reflective partnering is oriented to professionals needing a safe space of reflection on issues at stake, to take the bigger picture and understand all of its consequences, which is achieved through placing active listening and situational intelligence at the heart of the approach.

 

I typically work in an intensive 2 ½ hour session or in a 3-month focused reflective period, to help leaders gain clarity, stay intentional and be in the righteousness of the issue and moment.    

 

In a typical reflective decision-making session we will focus on: 

  • What’s working?

  • What isn’t?

  • Where should we focus in order to be in the righteousness of the issue at stake ?  

That's what the reflective decision-making session does.

We look and think through the different strings of the issue to progressively develop a clear path towards an aligned, focused and enlightened decision. The goal is to identify exactly the points of change involved in the decision, together with the substantial alternatives for the greatest ROD “return on decision” in your life, your business or organization.
